Refund policy
Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase and will only apply towards unopened and unused items. Contact a BSD Rep to discuss your return authorization and options to ensure proper handling. BSD cannot accept returns that did not receive prior authorization. Customer will cover shipping costs for returns. Include your invoice with reason for return. Please allow 5-7 business days to process.
Subscriptions
Discounted subscription purchases are final sale and not eligible for return unless the product is defective. In the case of a defective product, returns must be authorized by a BSD Salon Store Representative after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please contact us to initiate a return for a defective discounted subscription product.
As a friendly reminder, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, as subsequent charges will process automatically and cannot be reversed. We encourage you to set a reminder to manage your subscription preferences accordingly.
